Houndalicious™ uses the United States Post Office as our primary shipping carrier. All orders are shipped Priority Mail and should arrive within 5 days of shipping date. Houndalicious™ will notify you when your order has shipped, please keep in mind all of our treats are hand-made with care and love at the time of your order.. If there is a delay we will notify you by email or phone. The USPS allows shipping to PO Boxes.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout and are based on the weight of the product and the destination of your package. At times, during promotions or special offers, these charges may be waived. Waiving the Shipping and Handling charges are solely at the discretion of Houndalicious™.

Sales tax will be collected for all orders originating from New Jersey.

Houndalicious™ proudly stands behind our home-made treats. If within 15 days of purchase for any reason you are unsatisfied with our treats we will refund you the purchase price or ship replacement product. Please contact us via email in regards to any returns.
