in time, so please leave us a message with the best number and
time to reach you and your call will be returned promptly.
What
is the shelf life of Houndalicious™?
We
recommend your dog enjoy the biscuits within a week of receipt
or you storing the biscuits in the freezer until ready to use.
You can thaw a few at a time for your pet to enjoy. We do not
use any preservatives, and do not recommend storage in the refrigerator
as moisture can deteriorate the product. Please do not to expose
the treats to extreme temperatures or moisture.
What
ingredients are in Houndalicious™ biscuits?
Houndalicious™
biscuits are made with organic ingredients. We use oat and barley
flours, flax seed meal, eggs, olive oil, vegetable broth, and
Vitamin E. The individual varieties use carrots, peanut butter,
or spinach and cheddar cheese.
Is
it safe to give Houndalicious™ treats to my dog who has
a special medical condition?
Please
check with your veterinarian to discuss needs and concerns that
are specific to your dog. However, we are happy to accommodate
a request for small-sized, gluten-free, or softer biscuits.

you offer wholesale?
Absolutely!

biscuits make a great fundraiser!
What
are your shipping methods?
For
your convenience we ship by United States Postal Service (USPS)
Priority Mail. Shipping costs are automatically calculated during
checkout and are based on the weight of the product and the destination
of your package. We will make every attempt to provide you with
the freshest biscuits possible. Therefore, package delivery will
be planned for Wednesday through Saturday so that your Houndalicious™
biscuits are not in transit over a weekend. Most orders are shipped
within 48 hours. If an item is back ordered, Houndalicious™
will contact you.
How
long does shipping take?
USPS
Priority Mail generally takes 2 to 5 days depending on your location.
Please keep in mind that the usual time for processing is 48 hours
before being shipped. For express shipping kindly give us a call
and we will be happy to rush your order.
What
is your return and exchange policy?
It
is very important to us that you and your furry companions are
satisfied with your purchase from Houndalicious™. If you
are not completely satisfied we will refund or exchange your product
promptly. If you would like to return or exchange your purchase
please contact us first via e-mail at our 'Contact Us' link on
this website. We will either reimburse the full value of the returned
goods by check or exchange your item with a replacement within
7 business days.
Please
note: Shipping charges are non refundable on returned
items. On exchanges we do not refund shipping; however, we do
not charge shipping on your replacement items. Unfortunately we
cannot be responsible for your shipping costs to return an item.
Do
you charge sales tax?
Sales
tax is charged for deliveries within New Jersey.
Do
you ship outside the USA?
At
this time we do not ship internationally.
What
payments do you accept?
We
use PayPal to process our orders. To pay by check please contact
us directly and we will send you an invoice via e-mail. If you
are paying by check, we will wait for it to clear before shipping
your order. Our checkout is secure (SSL).
Will
you give out my information?
No!
Houndalicious™ will not sell or make your information available
to anyone.
